Who is Eligible for Services?
Per Government Code Section 2059.201, entities eligible to receive services from the RSOC include:
- Cities
- Counties
- Independent School Districts
- Special Districts
- Independent organization as defined by Section 39.151, Utilities Code
- Public Junior Colleges
- State Agencies
